Reseller Support Policy

Please note that support covers the functioning of your server hardware, network connections, and the initial installation of your operating system and included software, the operation of your control panel, mail servers and associated functions. Our job is to provide you a hosting system on which you place your created files and data, our support DOES NOT coversite design and  programming issues. We do provide detailed on-line help files, however if require design and programming assistance, we can provide these services at set rates available by quotation. We do note provide support to your customers, you need to do that yourself.
